Our aim at Paladar is to capture the culture and vibrance of this remarkable geographical area through our unique food, drink and music offering. The team behind Irelands most awarded bar Cask have completely renovated No. 6 Bridge St. and created a space that does justice to this listed building. The cocktail menu is designed by award winning bar manager Oisín Wolfe and his team.
